• 2 oz Spicy Sour Juice (Piuros)
• 0.75 oz Cointreau
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice (Piuros)
• 1 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine PS Vodka, Cointreau, spicy sour juice, lime juice and simple syrup.

• 1.5 oz Pink Sand Citrus Vodka
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice (Folkington's)
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice (Piuros)

Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine PS Island Citrus Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry, and lime juice.
• Shake well.
• Strain into a martini glass.
• Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel.

Our version of a classic Dark & Stormy.

• 2 oz. Pink Sand White Rum
• 6 oz. Ginger Beer (Piuros)

Instructions:

• Into a tall glass filled with ice, pour the ginger beer and float the PS White Rum on top.
• Stir (until it looks like a sunny day).
• Optional garnish: dehydrated lime wheel.

• 2 oz Pink Sand Pineapple Mint Rum
• 1 oz Lime Juice (Piuros)
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice (Piuros)
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 8 Mint leaves (muddled)
• 3 oz Club Soda (Folkington's)

Instructions:

• Combine mint leaves with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker; muddle.
• Combine PS Pineapple Mint Rum, lime juice and pineapple juice in the shaker.
• Shake well.
• Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
• Top with club soda.
• Garnish with Lime Wedge & Mint Leaves.

• 1.5 oz Pink Sand Gin
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice (Piuros)
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Prosecco
